  • A doctor’s prescription for physiotherapy (not required for osteopathy)
  • Your Carte Vitale, European Health Insurance Card or private insurance details
  • Any imaging: X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasound reports
  • Surgical reports and discharge letters, if relevant
  • A list of your current medication
  • Comfortable clothing suited to the area being treated

Insurance and payment

Please note: the practice does not handle direct billing or claims with international or private health insurers, unless a specific partnership is already in place. Payment is settled at the end of each session, and we always issue a detailed invoice (facture de soins) stating the treatment given, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Physiotherapy is covered by the French statutory health insurance when prescribed; osteopathy is not, and is paid privately.
